These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by AI-FUTURE SPACE ("the Casino," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering an account or using our website, mobile application, or gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

3.2 Withdrawals may be delayed until all verification requirements have been checked and completed.

3.3 Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Responsible Gambling

4.2 Players may request deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of winnings where permitted by law, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9.2 Any game malfunction voids all affected bets and payouts.

Remaining balances may be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Casino shall not be liable for internet interruptions, technical failures, software errors, delays in payment processing, third-party service failures, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

17. Force Majeure

The Casino shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, pandemics, internet failures, or power outages.

18. Complaints and Disputes

18.1 Players should first contact Customer Support.

18.2 Complaints should include username, date, description of the issue, and supporting evidence.

18.3 We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

18.4 Unresolved disputes shall be handled in accordance with dispute resolution procedures specified by the Casino's licensing authority.

19. Taxes

Players are responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to their gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

20. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Any fees or handling of dormant balances will be subject to applicable law.
